Menu & Pricing
Everything cooked over charcoal, on-site, at your event. All prices exclude GST. Minimum 30 guests per event, or a minimum spend of $1,500 + GST.
Buffet packages
Menu #1 — $45 per person
1 canapé, 2 mains, 2 sides
Menu #2 — $55 per person
2 canapés, 2 mains, 2 sides, 1 dessert
Menu #3 — $70 per person
2 canapés, 3 mains, 3 sides, 2 desserts
Additional course or choice — $6 per person each.
All prices include chefs, bread & butter, disposable plates and cutlery.
Banquet service
Add $15 per person
Entrée and mains served on shared platters in the middle of each table. Perfect for weddings and sit-down celebrations where you want that communal, Mediterranean feel.
Pizza — $45 per person
Neapolitan-style pizza with a Mediterranean twist. Includes shared antipasti, 4 pizza varieties of your choice, and cannoli. 2.5 hour service.

– Margherita — San Marzano, buffalo mozzarella, Parmigiana Reggiano, basil, EVOO
– Chilli Crisp — Fior di Latte, chilli, crispy garlic, chilli honey, fresh thyme

Staffing
Service staff are charged at $50 per hour for the duration of the function (minimum 3 hours), plus any additional time needed for set-up and pack-down. A $15 per hour surcharge applies to each staff member on Sundays and public holidays. We’ll advise on the recommended number of staff required for your event.
Bookings & payment
– Menu to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event
– Guest numbers confirmed 1 week prior
– Full payment due 2 days before the event
– Tentative bookings held for a maximum of 2 weeks
