Cocktail or sit-down — which is right for us?
You don’t have to choose one or the other. Our banquet-style service — mains and sides served on platters straight to the table — gives you the structure of a sit-down reception without guests feeling locked to their seats all night. Everyone still gets up, mingles and dances between courses.
Will there be enough food for everyone?
All our packages are designed for guests to help themselves from shared platters, so portions are generous by design — no one’s left waiting on a plated course or standing around hungry.
Will our guests feel stuck at their tables?
Shared-style service naturally builds in movement — guests aren’t pinned to a seat waiting for the next course to be plated and served individually. It keeps the relaxed, mingle-and-dance feel of a cocktail reception with the comfort of a seated one.
Can dishes be swapped around?
Yes, you’re able to swap a dessert for an additional canape or side.
Is your meat halal?
Yes, our meat is halal.
Can you CUT THE WEDDING cake cut for us?
Yes — we’re happy to cut and serve your cake as part of the service, at no extra cost.
Do you offer tastings?
We can tasting packs based on menus we’re already cooking for other functions, so once you’ve confirmed the event date, you can purchase and arrange a date for the tasting pack to be delivered to you. A tasting box (feeds two) is $50.
Can you cater for gluten-free or other dietary requirements?
Yes — most of our mains and sides are naturally gluten-free, and we’re happy to accommodate coeliac guests and any other dietary requirement.
What extra fees apply for staff?
Food service staff incur an extra fee, included in your quote up front. That figure can move with final guest numbers and what you’d like staff to handle on the night (e.g. dishes, pack-down).
